Ljerka holds a master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a postgraduate degree in Training and Development. She is a qualified assessor and coach in talent management and selection, volunteer education and career potential assessments.
After completing her degree from Technische University Berlin Ljerka began her professional journey in international research programs relating to work culture, values, the meaning of working, organisational learning and cross-cultural mentoring.
She became a BIOSS/EDAC associate in 2019 (Brunel Institute of Organizational & Social Studies).
Experience
With a professional focus on developing, implementing, and supporting programs and development in human resources management, Ljerka has more than 20 years consulting experience. With involvement in long-scale companies as well as in public and non-governmental environments, she supports individuals, teams and organisations with a strong commitment to empowerment, growth and retention.
She provides practical and customised Talent Management solutions, and is an active partner in assessment and career consulting, leadership development, personal effectiveness training, HR project management and M&A change management.
Combining career, professional work and family life Ljerka sees potential in diversity from a multilayered perspective and is specifically engaged with promoting a female perspective through counselling, political engagement and organisational programs focusing on permeability between industry, science and societal progression. Ljerka is bilingual in German and Croatian and speaks English fluently.
