Margareta holds an MBA and MSc in applied Economic Sciences from Antwerp University. She also holds a Certificate as Logotherapist and Coach in NLP.
Her focus is on achieving results together. Communicating a vision, bringing dynamics into the teams, and guiding them through change, are her strengths.
She became a BIOSS/EDAC associate in 2022 (Brunel Institute of Organizational & Social Studies).
Experience
She has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial sector, within Argenta group.
Margareta has been active in various positions of which more than 18 years was as managing director. She has been responsible for both operations and independent control functions.
At the beginning of 2022 she started an independent activity under the name Taradin. The activity focuses on leaders who recognize complexity, strengthens their resilience and creates the conditions where meaning, resilience and potential come together.
She helps leaders and organisations to grow step by step into an antifragile person or organisation.
