Coaching
First, we organize a preliminary dialogue between a Partner of Hidden Horizons and the representative of the organization. The intent of this conversation is: to clarify the context, the problem, the demand for and the benefits of the coaching, to verify the appropriateness of the coaching versus the actual situation and to present the philosophy and the method behind the coaching, and the practical modalities.
