Coaching Individuals
The aim of individual coaching is to develop or optimise individual’s performance in their present position and/or the development towards their future position.
Each coaching program will be translated into a comprehensive and defined individual outline.

Coaching Teams
Inquiries for team coaching will be followed by a needs analysis. In collaboration with the team manager, an individual program will be developed which will outline the formal objective, the process and timing.
How do we conceive a coaching trajectory?
01.
Context
Firstly, we organize a preliminary dialogue between a Partner of Hidden Horizons and the representative of the organization. The intent of this conversation is:
- To clarify the context, the problem, the need and the benefit that coaching may bring.
- To verify the appropriateness of the coaching versus the actual situation.
- To present the philosophy and the method behind the coaching, and the practical modalities.

Analysis
A second meeting will then take place between the person who will be coached, the coach and the company representative who will be responsible for the follow-up and the evaluation of the coaching program. It is both important and desirable that the hierarchic superior will be involved in the process early on. The purpose of this second meeting is:
- To analyze the problem, to clarify the questions and the expectations of all parties involved and to determine a clear and practicable target.
- To redefine again the philosophy and the method behind the coaching and the context (where, when, frequency, agreements, annulations, deontology, professionalism).

Course of the coaching process
The total length of the coaching will not be determined beforehand, as this will depend on the content of the meetings and on the evolution of the coachee.
However, we estimate it’s necessary to set up a first evaluation meeting after 6 coaching sessions. This meeting will take place at the client’s offices and will be attended by the coachee, the coach and the internal coaching program manager.
Topics for discussion will include: the coaching progression and how / if the coaching will continue.

Length of a coaching session
In general, a coaching session will last approx. 60 to max. 90 minutes.
In some cases, and after agreement between parties this may change.
05.
Frequency of the sessions
Most of the time there will be one session every two weeks.
Exceptions to this frequency are possible on agreement.
06.
Location
The sessions will be held at Hidden Horizons’ offices.
