Working Relationships Appreciation
Produces analytics to better understand the health of working relationships between leaders and teams across functions, and flags areas for improvement.
Respondents are asked questions about how they feel about the day-to-day decisions and judgments they are entrusted to make at work, and about the nature of the working relationships with their manager and team members. An in-depth analysis of the rich data, provided by all respondents provides a clear and detailed picture of decision making and working relationships throughout the organization.
This approach can be part of a broader teambuilding program.
